• Attend a minimum of 50% of all troop meetings, PLCs, campouts, service projects
  • Keep a library of merit badge pamphlets, maps and other Troop materials available for check out and use by Troop members and leaders
  • Maintain a system to check literature in and out, keep track of who has what and be responsible for getting materials returned
  • Bring the Library to the Troop Meeting at least Monthly for check-out/check-in 
  • Serve as a member of the Patrol Leaders’ Council
  • Provide a TO Report to the SPL at each PLC either oral if you attend or written if you are not there
  • Inform the SPL if you are not going to make an event and find a replacement
  • Set a Good Example
  • Wear the Scout uniform correctly
  • Live by the Scout Oath and Law
  • Show and help develop Scout spirit
