Up Coming service Opportunity

Hello Everyone,

The are two up coming dates where you can get some service hours that count towards the winter rewards trip.

               First Date: September 25 7:00pm - 9:00pm

               Second Date: October 9 7:00pm - 9:00pm

You will be helping out Pack 188 at Meadowbrook with Knives on the 25th and the patrol method on the 9th

Popcorn show and sells

2019 popcorn season has started. There are a lot of positive changes to the program, including the ability to take credit cars, even without a card reader. This will all be done thorough the trails end app.

I will send more details about the app and the troop sale once power is back on and I can use a computer. For now, I wanted to get the sign up for show and sells out since it starts this weekend.

As always, the first shift person will have to pick up product from my house night before the sale and the last shift will need to return it right after the sale.

Troop Officer Training, Sunday, August 25th

Hello New Troop Officers!

Congratulations on your new position!  If you are a new Troop Officer, you are required to take Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST) as part of your position requirements.  All TOs are required to attend even if you have taken the training before.  Also, if you have never taken this training before and are planning to go to NYLT, this is required.  Here are the training details:

Date: Sunday, 25 August 2019

Time: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Location: Rochester Community House (room where we usually meet)

Start taking orders for Troops 125 and 456 Pre-Sale Pies!

EACH FAMILY IS  ASKED TO PRESELL 15 PIES to family, friends, neighbors, coworkers....and yourself!

These pies are well known in the Rochester community.  Just ask the Troop 125 Scouts that hawk the pies on Friday and Sunday at the Art & Apples Festival.  They practically sell themselves! The secret is the Northern Spy apples we bring down from an orchard in Frankfurt, Michigan, as well as our secret recipe that's loaded with apples. Both baked and unbaked pies can be frozen for up to a year. They're great for the holidays!

Tent Return

Hello Troop 125,

As most of you know I am one of the quartermasters for this upcoming turn. If you have a tent from summer camp I would like it back by the troop picnic on August 26th. If you can not get them to me by this time please arrange another time with me. Thank you very much
